Returns & Refunds Policy

At Monument Grills, we want you to be completely satisfied with your grilling experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Pack Your Grill

  Carefully disassemble the unit if necessary and place it back in its original packaging with all manuals and accessories included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
